It is proven that peak hours for juvenile crimes are from 2p.m. to 8p.m. Statistics show that juveniles who participate in out of school activities have a better chance of staying out of trouble. Both the LAPD Cadet and Police Activities League Programs cut crime dramatically, offering young people a safe haven from negative influences and teaching them skills and values. Come out and support by running or sponsoring a youth to run in our event.
